Review: Green Hour: “A Contested Field. Agnes Denes Growing Wheat In Manhattan” (PD Dr. Kirsten Twelbeck)

The new Green Hour series at the Environmental Science Center (University of Augsburg) started with a presentation by IDK advisor and coordinator Kirsten Twelbeck. Her talk on Agnes Denes’s art project “Wheatfield. A Confrontation” attracted a very mixed audience of advanced and junior scholar and was a wonderful opportunity
to discuss paradigm shifts in urban art, agriculture, and issues of participation.
