Review: Green Hour: “TRANSLATABILITY, VALUATION AND COMMENSURATION OF CARE IN PEASANT COFFEE PRODUCTION. WHEN TERRITORIAL CARE BECOMES QUALITY AND TASTE” (DR. TYANIF RICO RODRIGUEZ)
December 10, 2024

showed how active care for community, landscape, and biodiversity is
translated into “mercantile care” in contemporary coffee marketing
campaigns.
